Vegan No Bake Brownie Bites
These little bites are like a dessert or special treat, but no guilt here! They are super healthy with nuts, seeds, dates and cacao to provide you with healthy fats, antioxidants and magnesium. I flavor mine with doTERRA's Peppermint essential oil to support healthy digestion too! Bonus!
1 1/2 cups Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 Tablespoon nut or seed butter of your choice (almond, cashew or sunflower butter are my favorites)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
dash of sea salt
3 to 4 drops of Peppermint essential oil
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until incorporated. The mixture can start to form a ball, so you can add a tablespoon of water if needed to continue blending.
Roll into little balls and serve. You should have about 12-14 bites.
Optional: roll each bite in shredded coconut or more cacao powder
