Turn Back the Clock on Aging Skin with Collagen

Ingredients

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon cacao powder

Dash of cinnamon

1/4 of a large banana

1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1 scoop unflavored collagen protein (or chocolate protein powder)*

Optional - sprinkle with chopped nuts and coconut

How To

Combine all ingredients in a small jar with a lid (small mason jar works well) & let sit for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight. Stir in the morning.
